Try looking at the still images
Sometimes it's hard to see the improvement when you look at the video to video comparison. Instead, click on the "Stills" tab of the player, blow it up to full screeen, and compare still images. You might see the difference more there.

Too much camera movement
MotionDSP's software looks for the same information in many frames of your video. If the camera moves very fast, there's no overlapping information we can use to enhance your video. Cell phones are particularly bad for this, as their frame-rate is so slow.

What we're doing to fix it
We're constantly improving our algorithms, and we'll inform you when we make major updates -- you can re-try your video then.
