WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

This Privacy Policy covers MotionDSP's treatment of all information that MotionDSP gathers when you register with FixMyMovie.com or when you use FixMyMovie's products or services ("User Information"). This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that MotionDSP does not own or control, or to individuals that MotionDSP does not employ or manage.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES COMPANY COLLECT?

The information we gather from customers comes from the customer and is collected by Company in order to personalize and improve our services and provide various functionality. We receive and store information you provide during the registration process and maintenance of your account ("Registration Information") as well as other information, text, photos, videos and other content provided by customer to Company ("User Content"). "Registration Information" and "User Content" are collectively referred to as "User Information".

Registration Information:

The types of Registration Information collected includes name, email address, country, and mobile phone number (optional), and if you choose to subscribe to future premium services, your billing address and billing credit card information. As a subscriber to Company services, we also keep information necessary to manage your personal computer access. The Registration Information you provide is used for such purposes as communicating with you about your account and, if you subscribe to premium services, billing for those services.

Registration Information Collected Automatically:

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Web site or MotionDSP services. MotionDSP automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address and the page you requested. If you are a subscriber to Fixmymovie.com, our system maintains server logs on the types and quantity of transferred data for each user, and the types of videos that you upload, their length, and the time our server farm spent processing your videos. Generally, our services automatically collect usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components, similar to TV ratings that indicate how many people watched a particular show. We also collect and store information about your media consumption while using our service for several purposes, including allowing us to improve the quality and desirability of our services. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use our site. MotionDSP never discloses aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally.

User Content Collected:

When you choose to upload User Content to our servers, for instance when using Company services that make your videos and still images available to you, and when you share your files with others, we store these files on our servers and on Amazon's S3 storage service in order to provide such access. We have no control over what Amazon S3 does with that information.

What About Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your browser to enable certain features of our service. With the exception of the main login identification cookie, Company cookies only exist on your hard drive while you are logged in as a subscriber and are deleted upon logout. It is required for subscribers that cookies be allowed while logged in to the Company service.

SHARING OF USER INFORMATION RECEIVED

We neither rent nor sell your User Information to anyone. We share your Registration Information only with our affiliates as required to deliver you services as described below. Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We are affiliated with certain businesses and work closely with them. Normally, you can easily recognize when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, and we will share customer information that is related to such transactions with that affiliated business. Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Examples include storing and serving video and still image files/sending email/removing repetitive information from customer lists/analyzing data/providing marketing assistance/processing credit card payments/and providing customer service. You hereby consent to our sharing of Registration Information for the above purposes. Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if MotionDSP, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Company goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of MotionDSP may continue to use your User Information as set forth in this policy. OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your MotionDSP account personal information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. During our free consumer beta period, we are offering our services for free, and do not collect any credit card information from Users. When we implement that feature in the future, we will use industry-standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of your personal information during transmission. This software will encrypt all of the information you input.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

HOW TO ACCESS OR CORRECT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

MotionDSP allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list will change as our Web site changes. The information you may access and update includes user name, password, computer names, and address books, and if you subscribe to premium services, your billing address, billing credit card, service type, and billing frequency. You may change any of these items by going to "Settings" on the top menu of FixMyMovie.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

As stated previously, you can always opt not to register with us, even though it may be needed to process your videos, or subscribe to premium services or take advantage of certain FixMyMovie features. You are able to add or update certain information on pages, such as those listed in the "How to Access or Correct User Information" section above. When you update information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may request deletion of your MotionDSP account by sending an email to "support at fixmymovie.com" (please delete the spaces and change "at" to the "@" symbol. MotionDSP will remove your User Information from our servers within thirty (30) days after such a request is received by MotionDSP. If you do not wish to receive email or other mail from us, please send an email to "support at fixmymovie.com. Please note that if you do not want to receive legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, those legal notices will still govern your use of the MotionDSP Web site, and you are responsible for reviewing such legal notices for changes.
